For persons with arthritis, I recommend sleeping on a magnetic mattress pad... or wrapping a flexible, magnetic bandage around the affected joint. If you do sleep on a magnetic pad, remove it for a day or two every two to four weeks. This seems to prolong the beneficial effects.
