Lie face down, with your arms underneath your body. Place each fist against your groin, on the crease where the front of the torso meets the thigh. Stimulate this spot by slowly raising one leg at a time straight behind you.

NAUSEA

The wrist bands that are widely sold to relieve motion sickness work by pressing two spots on the inside of the forearm.

To stimulate these spots yourself, use your thumb to press the center of the forearm, three finger widths from the wrist crease.

Then press the spot two finger widths from the crease. Repeat on the other arm.

HICCUPS

Place your fingers in the indentation behind each earlobe, and press gently.
