At the same time, use the thumb and forefinger of the other hand to press into the upper hollows of the eye sockets, on either side of the bridge of the nose where it meets the eyebrow ridge. CONSTIPATION Lie on your back with knees bent. Locate the spot three finger widths below your navel. Using all your fingertips, press downward toward the lower vertebrae, breathing deeply.
