BACK PAINPut your hands on your waist, with fingers to the front of your body and thumbs in back. Feel for the rope-like muscles about two inches on either side of the spine. Press the outer edges of these muscles with the thumbs, aiming the pressure toward the spine. Caution: If your back pain is severe or stems from disk problems or acute injury, use care in attempting acupressure self-treatment. Discuss the matter with a holistic doctor knowledgeable about alternative therapies. Insomnia Headache Constipation Nausea Hiccups Menstrual Pain Wrist Pain Common Cold |
